Speaker Dashboard

Use of the VLSI Speaker Dashboard is mandatory as it’s the only place to upload your headshot, bio, and access the link for the presentation video upload. Speakers with accepted papers will receive an email in April with details on creating their account for the Speaker Dashboard

Technical Session Speaker Information

Requirements:

  • OnDemand Requirements
    • Video file (mp4, etc.) A full-length video pre-recorded presentation of the paper (duration: 20 min)
    • Pdf of slide deck
  • In-Person Requirements
    • PowerPoint presentation (20 min) in the speaker management system. 

Plenary Speaker Information

Refer to Key Dates at the top of the page for all deadlines and action items.

Requirements:

  • OnDemand Requirements
    • Pdf of slide deck
    • Plenary sessions will be recorded live at the conference and available OnDemand. No video upload required.
  • In-Person Requirements
    • PowerPoint presentation (40 min, including Q&A)
    • Review the Presentation Resources for tips on creating your presentations

Short Course Speakers

Refer to Key Dates at the top of the page for all deadlines and action items.

Requirements:

  • OnDemand Requirements
    • Video file (mp4, etc.) A full-length video pre-recorded presentation of the paper (duration: 1 hour and 15 min)
    • Pdf of slide deck
  • In-Person Requirements
    • PowerPoint presentation (1 hour and 15 min) in the speaker management system. 
      • Review the Presentation Resources for tips on creating your presentations

Demo Presenters

The following information will be available in early May 2026.  The Demo session will be held in the Tapa ballroom in conjunction with the Monday evening reception, held prior to the Evening Panel Presentation. 

  • Set up time is Monday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM, cannot set up early due to the Short Course lunch.
  • Each demo presenter will be provided with
    • 1-6’ table & 2 chairs
    • Tri-fold posterboard with title and
  • Demo Floorplan
  • Electrical Order Form
  • Authors are responsible for all shipping/receiving charges and moving materials to/from the Tapa Ballroom.

Workshop Speakers

Requirements:

    • Pdf of slide deck (duration determined by workshop organizer)
  • In-Person Requirements
    • PowerPoint presentation (duration determined by workshop organizer)

Speaker Ready Room

Location: Iolani 5, Tapa Tower

Additional information will be provided in April 2026 Speakers must upload their presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) in the VLSI Speaker Ready Room at least one day before their presentation. From the speaker ready room, upload is available via USB drive or a QR code/link for speakers to upload their slides/presentation to the system directly.
