All accepted authors will be required to login to their MIRA account and submit the Copyright Transfer Form to the Secretariat.
Presentation Onsite
By agreeing to provide your presentation material, registering for the conference, and presenting it in-person, the accepted manuscript will be published and searchable on IEEE Xplore. Presentation material will only be made available to registered conference attendees for a limited period. All presentations will be in-person, no exceptions.
Presentation Requirements
All authors must be presenting in-person at the Symposium and need to provide an MP4 file, along with a pdf of your slide deck, each of these items will be available for the OnDemand attendees that will begin after the Symposium on June 21. The deadline to submit is May 19, 2026.
For your in-person presentation, along with the above submission, you will need to upload your PowerPoint presentation in the Speaker Ready room, Iolani 5 in the Tapa Tower at the Symposium.
- A full-length video (MP4) pre-recorded presentation of the paper (duration: 20 min)- for the on-demand portion of the Symposium
- PDF file of your presentation slide deck
- PowerPoint Presentation (20 min) for your in-person presentation
One Day Prior to Presentation
- Bring your presentation to the Speaker Ready Room in either PowerPoint or PDF (Adobe Acrobat). IBM PC versions ONLY.
- A QR code will be available in Speaker Ready Room for speakers to upload their slides/presentation. You may also use a thumb drive/USB drive to transfer your presentation.
- Refer to the Speaker Resource Center page for a complete list of action items, deadlines and resources.
Presentation Suggestions
- Briefly outline what will be covered. Define your problem/objectives.
- Use your presentation to visualize the essential points of your talk.
- Keep concepts simple and limit each page to one main idea.
- Use several simple figures rather than one complicated figure.
- Make a clear conclusion. Suggest potential applications.
