Venue

All technical programs will be held on the 1st and 2nd floor of the RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto. https://www.rihga.com/kyoto

Shuttle Bus

Free shuttle buses between Kyoto Station (South Exit, Hachijo-guchi) and RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto are available.
The buses depart every 20 minutes from 7:30 to 19:00.

All speakers must register and check slides at the Slide Checking Room “Horikawa” by 14:00 the day before their session.
Slide Checking Room Hours:

  • June 8: 13:00 – 18:30
